Thefirstepisodestartswiththeboys'firstdayasnewrecruits.Ashley(19),Lee(19),Darren(22)andAndrew(26)arejustafewoftheyoungmenwhopassthroughtheInfantryTrainingCentreatCatterickeachyear.Here,theytraintobecomesomeofthebestinfantrysoldiersintheworld.Butbeforetheycanlearnaboutgunsandgrenades,itis5amstarts,ironingcreasesintotrousersandthesecretsofgoodhygiene.
