Twenty-fiveyearslaterwhilemakingfilmsinRussia,Woodheadbecameawareofhow,eventhoughtheywereneverabletoplayintheSovietUnion,theBeatles'legendhadsoakedintothelivesofagenerationofkids.ThisfilmmeetstheSovietBeatlesgenerationandhearstheirstoriesabouthowtheFabFourchangedtheirlives,includingPutin'sdeputypremierSergeiIvanov,whoexplainshowtheBeatleshelpedhimlearnEnglishandshowedhimanotherlife. TheSovietauthoritieswerealarmedbytheseditiouspotentialofrockandroll,withtheBeatlesaspecialtargetanddenouncedas'bugs'inofficialpapers.Theirsmuggledrecordsweredestroyedandtheirmusicwasbanned,butthemythblossomedasbootlegsandphotoswerecovertlytradedandevenrentedamongstfans.
