ThemakersofStolenKosovosaidthatwhiletheSerbiantelevisionarchiveswereusedinsomesegmentsofthefilm,notapennywasreceivedfromSerbiaorfromSerbsinthemakingofthedocumentary.Atthesametime,theyhavechallengedthecensorstopointtoasinglestatement,imageorasegmentthatisincorrectorfalse,withnoresponse.
