Theyfrequentlycounterthreatsfromtheirmainenemy,T.H.E.M.-TheHorribleEvilMenace.T.H.E.Misheadedupbytheevilantagonistintheseries,DoctorDoctor,whoisintentontakingovertheworld,andhasherowncrackteamofagentswhowearbilliardball-stylehelmets.However,someepisodesdofeatureadifferentsetofenemies,suchasthealienFloatyHeadsorChangedDaily'snannyasachild,whohasworlddominationplansofherown.Manyepisodesfeatureasealedorangecylinder,knownonlyas"TheSecretThing".ItisnotknownthattheSecretThingactuallyis,althoughinoneepisodetheyDoctorDoctorstealsit,howeveritisafake,filledwithconfetti.Evenwhenitisnotcentraltotheepisode,theSecretThingisalwaysfeatured,halfpokingoutfromsomewhere.EachepisodealsofeaturesaspiderwalkingupthewallandafourdigitcodewhichcanbeenteredontheSecretShowwebsitetounlockextras. Theshowneverstartsas"TheSecretShow",butratheras"TheFluffyBunnyShow",whichfeaturesSweetLittleGrannyinarockingchair,withabanjoandsixfluffy,pinkbunnies.Asshebeginstosingtheintroforhershow,agentsforU.Z.Z.appear,headedbyAgentRay,andcommandeertheshow,alwaysusingadifferentmethodofdispatch.TheSecretShowthenbegins,muchtoSweetLittleGranny'sdismay.Thebunnies,however,frequentlyappearthroughouttheshowinunexpectedplaces.Andin"APurrfectVillain",grandpaappearsinsteadofgrandma.Whentheshowgetsinterruptedhepicksupthebunniesandrunsfromtheagentswhoappearsmanytimesinthatepisode.TheUSversionsometimeseditsthisopeningoutofthebroadcast.Ononeepisode,DoctorDoctordisguisesherselfasGrannyandhypnotizeseveryonewatchingtheFluffyBunnyShow,soGrannyappearsinotherpartsoftheepisode.Theepisodeisnamed"TheFluffyBunnythonOfDoom."
