TheseriesstartswithnewsreportsofthedeathofMaxBarker,CountArthur’soldpartnerfromtheearlydaysonstage.Max’ssonMichael(Kinnear),havingagreedtowriteabiographyofhisfamousfather,setsouttofindhisfather’soldvarietypartner.LittledoesMichaelknowthathisfewdaysof‘research’willcreateaworldofchaos–Arthur’sworld.
