简介：Rienzi,derLetztederTribunen(Rienzi,theLastoftheTribunes)isanearlyoperabyRichardWagnerinfiveacts,withthelibrettowrittenbythecomposerafterBulwer-Lytton'snovelofthesamename(1835).ThetitleiscommonlyshortenedtoRienzi.WrittenbetweenJuly1838andNovember1840,itwasfirstperformedattheHofoper,DresdenonOctober20,1842,andwasthecomposer'sfirstsuccess.
