SowhileBush"won"thepresidencyona5-4SupremeCourtvotewhichsaid,essentially,thatAmericansdon'thavetheConstitutionalrighttovoteforthePresident,somethingfarmoresacredwaslostintheFloridavotingprocess--therightofeveryeligible,adultAmericantohavehisorhervotecountedandtohavethatvotedeterminewhowillleadourcountry.…
