FirstairedontheITVNetworkin2005,this£1millionprogrammecentresonareconstructionoftheHousesofParliamentastheywerein1605(thecurrentoneshadnotyetbeenbuiltatthetimeoftheGunpowderPlot),constructedusingperiodequivalentmethodswhereverpossible.Thiswasstockedwithmannequinstorepresentnotablecommoners,membersandthekingbeforethebombwasdetonated.Theprogrammewasmadetocoincidewiththe400thanniversaryoftheplot.…
